Proof Gallery & Image Selection Policy
Proof Galleries
Following your photoshoot, you will receive a private online proof gallery containing the images available for selection. Proof images are provided for viewing and selection purposes only.
All proof images will contain a visible watermark and/or other image protection. This is to protect the photographer’s work before the final photographs have been selected, edited and delivered.
Image Selection
Clients should select the number of photographs included within their chosen package by using the selection/favourite function within the online gallery.
Proof images are provided at a quality sufficient to view expressions, poses, composition and the overall photograph. They are not the final finished photographs and may not include the full retouching, skin work, colour adjustments or other finishing work that will be applied to the selected images.
Unprotected Images
Unwatermarked, unprotected or full-resolution photographs will not be supplied before the client has completed their selection.
The removal of watermarks or attempting to copy, screenshot, reproduce or use proof images without permission is not permitted.
Final Images
Once the client's selections have been received, the chosen photographs will be professionally edited and retouched. The finished images will then be delivered without the proof watermark in accordance with the package purchased.
Additional Images
Where a package includes a set number of photographs, additional images may be purchased separately at the photographer’s current additional-image rate.
Unedited / RAW Files
RAW files, unedited photographs and working files are not supplied. Only photographs selected and completed by Kristine Erdmane Photography are provided as final images.
Help With Selection
If you are having difficulty choosing your photographs, please contact me and I will be happy to provide guidance. An in-person studio selection appointment may also be available. Where this requires an additional dedicated studio appointment, an additional fee may apply and will be confirmed before booking.
Changes to Working Practices
Kristine Erdmane Photography may update its workflow, gallery systems and image-selection procedures from time to time as the business develops. Previous photography sessions or arrangements do not necessarily represent the process used for future bookings.
Copyright
All photographs remain the copyright of Kristine Erdmane Photography in accordance with UK copyright law. Purchasing a photography package or digital images does not transfer copyright ownership.

How do you photograph weddings?
I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. I''ll send you a guide to help you organise your day, the best moments for the couple photos, the different lights... and it's really exciting for me to receive photos of your dress, shoes, invites and more! On your wedding day, all I want is to capture the purest feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in the Midlands in Burton upon Trent and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum of 8 weeks (however, this may take quicker depending on what time of season it is). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
For an 8 hours coverage wedding, you will receive between 400 to 600 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
